My name is Katie Chase and I started to meditate in 2011. When I took my first yoga class, I was overwhelmed with excitement. The culture, the way you could move your body, the meditating that followed. I always felt my best after yoga and meditation. I’ve always been an exceptionally anxious person but through yoga and meditating, I’ve found my inner peace and calmness when needed.
This blog is intended for others to learn about meditation, yoga and well-being. I post tips and tricks, quotes, stories, inspirational photos, etc. My goal is to inspire others because nothing makes me happier than seeing people smile because their lives have changed for the better.
