I’ve always felt like I didn’t belong — never fit in while growing up. I still feel like I’m supposed to be a certain person to every person. It’s like everyone excepts something different out of you. But through the years of disappointment and always trying to be like they want you to be, I’ve learned that there really is nothing wrong with you. So lift yourself up and free yourself from the doubts.
Always, always be grateful for what you already have.

Every person deserves peace and love. Even the ones hurting — especially the ones who are hiding their hurt from the world. Know that you are so special and mean something incredible.
If I could sum up meditation quickly, this quote depicts it beautifully. 50,000 thoughts a day is quite a bit if you think about it. And that’s how many thoughts the average person has. Finding some time in your busy day to seek the quiet in your mind will lower your stress and you will be able to get through your thousands of thoughts quicker each day. Finding the quiet in your mind allows you to to find peace from within. It’s quite a wonderful feeling that we don’t practice nearly enough.
